Over four passes to the Rock Festival

Day 1: (Bivio –) La Veduta/Julier – Lajets – Fuorcla Grevasalvas – Plaun da Lej (- Maloja)
Day 2: Maloja – Lägh dal Lunghin – Pass Lunghin – Septimerpass – Bivio
In the area between the historic crossings Julier and Septimer there are not only lonely sections, you can also enjoy a diverse alpine flora and secluded mountain lakes. Prerequisites for this are the geology and the most diverse rocks as well as the effects of the glaciers. Instead of a long walk, we linger at the little-known Lajets and interrupt the hike in the Engadine. The next day we climb from Maloja up to the triple watershed at Pass Lunghin and then follow the mule path over the Septimer Pass to Bivio. With this attunement to rocks, rocks and water, you can optionally participate in the rock festival of Parc Ela in Bivio on Sunday.

- challenging mountain hiking; SAC hiking scale T2 (partly off the trail)
- Day 1: walking time 5 h; Ascent 660 m; Descent 1090 m; Distance 11.6 km
- Day 2: walking time 5 1/2 h; Ascent 890 m; Descent 930 m; Distance 14.4 km
- highest point: Fuorcla Grevasalvas 2687 m a.s.l.
- Meeting point: 09:23h Julier La Veduta (RhB Chur from 07:28h; Postbus Thusis from 08:01h, Bivio from 09:12h)
- Farewell: 17:00h Bivio (PostBus Bivio from 17:22h, RhB Chur arrival 19:04h)
- Buy tickets to Julier La Veduta and back from Bivio

Equipment:
- mountain hiking equipment; good footwear with profile soles
- 2 lunches and snacks from the backpack; enough liquid

Financial:
- Cost per person: Fr.150.00 (young people up to 16 years: Fr. 80.00)
- plus overnight stay, dinner at the hotel; Tour lunch 2nd day on reservation
- Overnight stay on Thursday and Saturday in Bivio possible (reserve early!)
- Insurance is the responsibility of the participants, REGA patron membership recommended
