Sense instead of trimmer

Historically, the scythe is one of the most interesting tools. Many idioms, coats of arms or even family names still point to the cultural value of this craft tool.

Unfortunately, today the scythe is often replaced by its "motorized relative" - the motor scythe. There are certainly economic aspects that speak for hand mowing and nature also says thank you, especially insects, amphibians and reptiles.

The course day with Jürg von Känel from the Scythe Workshop Mammern (TG) is aimed at all interested persons who would like to learn more about working with the scythe and how to care for the tool. Also the practical practice is not too short and so that a comfortable posture is taken when mowing, the exercise scythe is adapted to your body size. Whether you are left- or right-handed is also taken into account.
