The rounds last 60 - 90 minutes and take place weekly from June to October 2021, on Tuesdays. There are currently no strength classes, the level depends on the participants! Registration: is not necessary. Requirements: at least 1 hour of running at a stretch and good running shoes. Just be at the Postplatz Lenzerheide on time at 6.45 pm and then onto the trail, ready, go!
