AD ASTRA - Tanz von Sébastien Bertaud

Sébastien Bertaud dedicates himself to the Japanese legend of the "Moon Princess" (Kaguya-hime). He explores the fleeting beauty of earthly life, which stands in contrast to the eternity of the universe, paying homage to the transient and the search for meaning.

On the days of the performance, Giovanni Netzer will introduce the two choreographers of the day, Andrey Kaydanovskiy and Sébastien Bertaud, in a choreographer's talk at 3.30 p.m. in the Clavadeira and will have conversations with them about inspiration, style and working methods – thus creating an exciting access to the art form of dance for laymen and connoisseurs.
