LA TORRE - Open-air theatre

A gifted sugar baron lives with his family in luxuriant wealth and carefree happiness. A mysterious doctor prophesies great disaster if his eldest son, Balthasar, takes over the family business one day. The baron has his son locked up in a tower outside the city and hopes for his recovery. – The open-air theatre in Mulegns, inspired by Calderón, will play in the White Tower for the first time. The new play tells of deceptive illusory worlds, unreal fears of the future and strong family ties that ultimately prevail.

Arrival information
Please note that there is very limited parking in Mulegns. The arrival and return journey is via the obligatory PostBus special trip.

Questions & Answers
Q: Can I travel by car?

A: No. Since there are no parking spaces available in Mulegns, the journey with the special trip is mandatory for everyone.

Q: Can I come spontaneously?

A: A reservation for the open-air theatre is mandatory. Until 12 noon you can still make your own reservation via our ticketing, after that please call us, we can accept short-term reservations, depending on the place of departure, until 18:00.

Q: Will the performance take place in bad weather?

A: Yes, in case of bad weather we move the performance to the large carriage house.

Q: Is it possible to stay at Hotel Löwe?

Q: What happens if I am not at the bus stop for the special bus on time?

Q: Is the open-air stage barrier-free?

A: The staircase to the open-air stage has some stairs and unfortunately cannot be walked independently for people in wheelchairs.
