Gion Antona Candreia (1902-1980) of Stierva was the last rake maker in the Albula Valley. The tools are located in the Museum Regiunal Savognin. The nephew Hans Friberg has studied the arithmetic craft in depth and will explain this on Wednesday, 9.7.2025 from 7.00 p.m., in the Museum Regiunal. Candreia was also a popular writer. At 8:00 p.m., a bilingual reading with Linard Candreia and Hans Friberg from the recently published book "Tona rasteler rachinta – Ein Rechenmacher erzählt" will take place at the Biblioteca populara in Savognin.
