In Savognin, skiing fun can begin early in the morning. From January 31 to March 7, 2027, the main axis Savognin – Piz Martegnas opens every Sunday for a limited number of early risers before regular hours for early-bird skiing. In January and February, the ski day starts at 6:30 a.m., and in March at 6:00 a.m. from the valley station. Even during twilight, one boards the cable car and, with a bit of luck, faces a fabulous sunrise at the top. The sun rays shine through the mountain peaks and bring the snow in the dim light to glitter in a completely new way. In a tranquil atmosphere, you can start the day and almost enjoy the slopes alone. The early-bird ticket allows for early slope enjoyment until 8:30 a.m. and includes a fine breakfast to recharge for further experiences.

Important
The mountain railway ticket for early bird skiing only includes rides from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. in January and February and from 6:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. in March; after that, the ticket expires, and a valid day ticket or season ticket is required.

Tickets
The number of places is limited. We recommend purchasing tickets at the valley station ticket office the day before from 2:00 p.m. On Sunday, the ticket office opens at 6:15 a.m. or 5:45 a.m.

Weather-related cancellations are possible. Information regarding the event will be available on the website, Facebook, and in the winter sports report the day before from 2:00 p.m.
