Geführte Wanderung" La Veduta – Felsentor – Alp Flix"

This tour is a fascinating open-air museum of the history of the earth. We hike from the former Adriatic plate with the light sediments to the dark oceanic rock of the European plate. Accordingly, we meet an incredible variety of rocks and flora.
Route: The post bus takes us up the Julier Pass to La Veduta. From there we start our varied hike in the Val d'Agnel to the Fuorcla digl Leget. On the way we marvel at the alpine flowers, cart tracks of the Romans and the history of geology. At the Fuorcla we make a detour to the imposing rock gate before we enjoy our well-deserved lunch break at the lake. The brave among you can cool down briefly in it. The stony path now gives way to colourful, flower-strewn mountain meadows and the protected moorland of Alp Flix, which is home to a unique and rare biodiversity. There we end the day with a refreshing drink or local delicacies. Afterwards, the Alpin bus and the post bus take us back to Savognin, where we arrive at 5.51 pm.
