The Peduzzi butcher's shop invites you to the popular annual Huus-Metzgete: a piece of living tradition in the valley.

The Huus-Metzgete has been one of the culinary highlights in Savognin for years. Guests from the region and further afield appreciate the event, which combines craftsmanship and conviviality. Be part of it:

Saturday 15.11. at 12.30 p.m.

In the marquee, guests can expect a wide selection of specialities: house, blood and liver sausages, fine cotteghini, salsiz, ham, tongue, beef cheek and boiled meat as well as chops, Wädli, Rippli and Schnörrli. Homemade side dishes are served according to proven family recipes. All specialties are also available in the store.

A reservation is recommended for a place in the marquee. In addition, Mazlaria will open its shop door: From 10:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., customers can buy their favorite specialties directly in the store. On request, the Peduzzi butcher's shop also delivers to the valley - to Stierva, Mon and Tiefencastel, among others.
