This year's Senda Culinarica x Giovanni Segantini is therefore less a classic hike and more an intensive experience of alpine food culture in its most original form. On a guided walk through Savognin lasting several hours, each station picks up on a central theme of his art and makes it a taste experience. The event concludes with a joint cooking experience on an open fire. Local producers from Surses help ensure that all food comes directly from the surrounding area.
