Trailrunning Ladies Camp

From Friday, May 15 to Sunday, May 17, 2026, an inspiring Trail Running Ladies Camp with an overnight stay at the Hotel AVES will take place in Savognin. The weekend will be led by Nina Carisch, local trail runner and winner of the Swiss Irontrail in Savognin, and Angelika Lehmann, esa trail running guide from Zenit run.

The two leaders create a framework in which both beginners and ambitious trail runners feel comfortable, are challenged and benefit from each other.

The focus is on a weekend together among women: being out and about together, motivating each other, sharing experiences and experiencing the fascination of trail running in the Graubünden mountains. The participants benefit from individual technical input, valuable tips on training design and personal advice on material and equipment.
