Savognin im Sommer
Savognin im Winter
The old mountain village of Savognin is a beautiful summer hiking area. Its winter resort with extra-broad slopes attracts skiers and snowboarders from all over, but it also offers great experiences to those who don't seek their adventure on the pistes.

Description

Savognin in summer:

Savognin lies in the heart of Parc Ela, Switzerland's biggest nature park. More than 1,000 kilometres of hiking trails, rough mountain ranges, steep gorges and soft meadows are waiting to be discovered, by foot or on a bike. Children of all ages can have a great time at Pinocchio Club and on the Discoverer Course at Alp Flix. Meanwhile, grown ups can relax along lake Lai Barnagn, or test their courage on the via ferrata at Piz Mitgel. A true paradise, no matter if you're seeking adventure or peace and quiet.

Savognin in winter:

Savognin is a little village but a large ski resort. Its 80 kilometres of extra-wide slopes are perfect for carving, however it's not only skiers who come here, but snowboarders just as well. "Pinocchio Club" with its practice area gives children the opportunity to safely learn, supervised by professionals. There are also 32 kilometres of cross-country trails and 45 kilometres of singed winter hiking routes. Add to that several sled runs up to 9 kilometres long and six different snowshoe trails. After an eventful day in the snow, the sulphur springs in nearby Alvaneu offer some welcome relief for mind of body.
