We serve Bivio coffee – roasted by hand right next door – and tell stories with our cuisine: of herbs from the garden, of recipes from the south and of the light at the Lunghin Pass.Just a few kilometres above is the Lunghin Pass – the only European triple watershed: here water flows north into the North Sea, east into the Black Sea and south into the Mediterranean. No wonder that Bivio is a place full of paths, transitions and encounters.
The restaurant brings alpine classics and international flavours to the plate – with fresh ingredients, often directly from our garden. The hotel offers five cosy rooms and several holiday apartments with that certain something – simple, warm, earthy.
In winter, the Bivio ski area is right on the doorstep. The snow sports school offers courses for young and old - meeting points are all within walking distance in a few minutes.
