Trail run Savognin - Tinizong - Parseiras - Savognin

The route starts in Savognin about 200 m from the valley station of the cable car. At the beginning, the trail rises through the village center of Savognin for about 1.5 km before branching off onto a great flow trail. Slightly rolling and with a wonderful panorama of the surrounding mountains, you soon reach the village of Tinizong, where there is a drinking fountain and also a restaurant directly on the route. A stop is worthwhile! After a short downhill, the trail rises again, initially on an alpine road and then on a technically more demanding but great singletrail. Savognin is already back in sight when you reach Parseiras. From here, the final descent on technically easy paths leads back to the starting point.

Great as an after-work route

Over the village square and the stone bridge up towards Lareschs. Follow the path up to Plang la Curvanera, turn right at the Rudnal junction and from there to Tinizong. In Tinizong run down to the football field, over the bridge and then straight ahead into the forest. Follow the path and in Parseiras head towards Schischen and down to Savognin.
