Trailrunning Ladies Camp
From Friday 15 to Sunday 17 May 2026, an inspiring women’s trail running camp will take place in Savognin, with accommodation at the Hotel AVES. The weekend will be led by Nina Carisch, a local trail runner and winner of the Swiss Irontrail in Savognin, and Angelika Lehmann, an esa trail running guide from Zenit run.
The two leaders will create an environment in which both beginners and ambitious trail runners feel at ease, are challenged and benefit from one another.
The focus is on a weekend spent together among women: being out and about together, motivating one another, sharing experiences and discovering the fascination of trail running in the Grisons mountains. Participants will benefit from personalised technical guidance, valuable tips on training planning and individual advice on gear and equipment.
