Cooking over the fire is much more than just grilling. This is all about real cooking! Together you will cook a refined three-course menu over the flames with regional products you have already bought.

Careful, conscious cooking is an important part of mountain culture. They learn exciting facts about the origin of the food from farms in the region, help with preparation, frying and stirring - and to top it all off, enjoy the self-prepared menu in a convivial atmosphere. Vegetarian options will be provided: there will also be a delicious menu for vegetarians.
