Online payments are also possible with a debit card. Please note that you must first register for 3-D Secure with the debiX+ app. If you have any questions about the debiX+ app or 3-D Secure, please contact your bank.
Guest Card Online Shop.
New guest cards available from May 2026
From May 2026, second-home owners will be able to purchase the new 2026/27 guest card via our online shop. If you completed the registration process last year and created a login, you can access the shop by clicking the ‘Access Online Shop’ button. If you did not complete the registration process in 2025, please contact Savognin Tourist Information.
General Terms and Conditions of the Val Surses Guest Card (GTC)
Information guest card for owners of two apartments and free of charge accommodated guests
Please note that the guest card can now only be purchased online through our webshop. This applies to annual passes and guest cards for guests staying free of charge. With this adjustment, we are taking another step toward digitalization.
In individual cases, a guest card can be purchased at the counter for CHF 50.00 for adults and CHF 30.00 for children. If you need assistance with issuing guest cards through our online shop, we are happy to help. For environmental reasons, we will no longer print paper guest cards at the counter.
Second home owners, permanent tenants and campsite tenants
The annual pass costs CHF 40.00 for adults and CHF 20.00 for children ages 10 to 15 in the online shop. The Val Surses guest card is free for children under 10. The age at the time of order is decisive.
You can save the Val Surses guest card to your smartphone or print it on an A4 sheet. The print layout of the Val Surses guest card is in credit card format. Covers are available from the Val Surses Savognin Bivio AG Tourism Office and the information center in Bivio.
If you host guests in your holiday apartment free of charge, such as relatives and friends, you can purchase the Val Surses Guest Card directly online as a second home owner for at least two consecutive days. It costs CHF 5.00 per day (must be renewed for each stay).
A fee of CHF 10 per guest card is charged for guest cards purchased at the Guest Information desk in Savognin or Bivio.
