Segantini painted the balcony scene in this quarter on a wooden balcony of the stables that used to stand at Veia Sur Ual 16-18. The original balcony no longer exists. In the background you can see the church of Son Mitgel.

From his hut on Alp Tussagn, Segantini climbs even higher up to Lai Tigiel in a 2 1/2-hour walk. There he worked on the paintings «Alpenweiden», «Die Strafe der Wollüstigen» and «Die bösen Mütter».
